What clients remember.
Different decisions. The same feeling of clarity, confidence, and having someone firmly on the buyer’s side.
“I was quoted the same vehicle for 58K before dealer addons and tax, tags, title, etc. I paid 44K out the door with the deal negotiated for me and I only spent the time in the dealership to sign the paperwork.”
“[Mike] had all of the negotiating done before we even made our way to the actual dealership… From start to finish, the entire process at the dealership was only 1.5 hours. THAT IS UNHEARD OF!”
“Mike listened to all our needs, pivoted as we changed our mind, and was patient as we deliberated options. He provided superb support and service from car choice through negotiations.”
“[Mike] was upfront and honest and told me I already had a great deal and didn’t need to use his service. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty these days, especially in sales.”
“This car buying experience surpassed any expectations. A concierge level of care was put into every detail, and this task for our family was handled from start to finish. Gone are the days of spending hours waiting in a car showroom.”
Start where you are.
There are two ways we can help. You do not need to arrive with the process figured out. Motosaic can help whether you are beginning with questions or bringing us into a decision already underway.
YOU’RE JUST GETTING STARTED
Call before you’re ready.
No shortlist. No purchase date. No fully formed plan. We help you shape the brief, explore the right options, and define what good looks like—before the process gets noisy.
YOU’VE ALREADY DONE THE WORK
Bring us in before you commit.
You may have a vehicle in mind, quotes, lease numbers, or a live deal. We pressure-test the structure, uncover gaps or leverage, and take over the execution so you get it right.
Buying the right vehicle is complex.
The best outcomes come from a process powered by insight, experience, and execution.
Three connected decisions Tap a topic or swipe through.
It has to fit your life.
The right vehicle should match your needs, your routine, and the way you live—today and tomorrow.
The market is harder to see than a discount.
Inventory, incentives, financing, trade value, geography, and deal structure all shape the outcome.
Execution can quietly become a second job.
Research, dealer coordination, test drives, negotiation, paperwork, and delivery each require time—and the coordination between them matters.
Six steps. One clear process.
From the first brief through final delivery, Motosaic handles the work surrounding each decision so you can move forward with clarity.
DEFINE · 01–02
Tell us how the vehicle needs to fit your life.
We start with your needs, routine, budget, timing, and the tradeoffs that matter most.
Review focused options built around you.
We narrow the market to the strongest candidates and explain the tradeoffs clearly.
VALIDATE · 03–04
Pressure-test the shortlist in the real world.
We coordinate the right drives and help separate what looks good on paper from what actually fits.
Make the decision away from the sales pressure.
After the drives, we compare what changed, answer questions, and determine the right model, trim, and ownership path.
ACQUIRE · 05–06
Find the right vehicle and build the whole deal.
We search locally and nationwide, then structure price, financing or leasing, trade-in, incentives, fees, and protection together.
Approve the decision. Take the keys.
Motosaic handles dealer coordination, paperwork, shipping, and delivery so you can move forward with clarity.
Real client story
A FaceTime call between patients. A GLS in her driveway.
Noelle, a surgeon, came to Motosaic focused on a BMW X7. During that conversation, we learned she also liked the Mercedes-Benz GLS but had never had the time to compare the two.
Motosaic arranged the comparison, helped her confirm the GLS was the better fit, sourced the right one out of state for more than $7,000 less than the local offer, and delivered it to her driveway.
She did not need more time to compare cars. She needed a process that made the better decision possible.
You have better
things to do
than buy a car.
The traditional process can consume 14+ hours. Motosaic clients spend roughly 3. We carry the research, calls, coordination, negotiation, paperwork, and delivery.
You make the decisions. We carry the process.

Most buyers negotiate
the wrong game.
The mistake is negotiating one visible number while missing the structure underneath. Buyers anchor on payment, skip rate shopping, blend the trade into the deal, accept late add-ons, and sign without auditing the contract.
The visible number is rarely the whole number.
The moment the process
changes the outcome.
Three clients. Three different situations. One advantage: one expert connecting every decision from fit through delivery.
FIT
The recommendation changed
The Audi test drive that led to a Porsche Macan
A surgeon came in focused on Audi. A guided test drive showed it was not the fit and revealed a Porsche Macan she had not realized was within reach.
STRUCTURE
The economics changed
$100K purchase → every dollar spent with intention
The selling price was only one line. Motosaic negotiated $3,500 off MSRP, secured the warranty near dealer cost, and removed roughly $1,500–$3,000 in unnecessary add-ons. The goal was not to make a $100K purchase feel cheap. It was to make sure the money went toward the vehicle and protection that mattered, not inflated dealer margin.
REACH
The available market changed
The right BMW X5, delivered home
The right vehicle did not have to be the closest one. Motosaic expanded the search beyond the local market, managed the purchase remotely, and coordinated delivery directly to the client’s driveway.
One advisor. One complete view. No handoffs.
Fit, deal structure, market access, and execution stay connected from the first question through delivery.
“Knowing the car market is only half the job. The other half is understanding how a client thinks, what they value, and how they want to make the decision.”
Before founding Motosaic, I spent 15 years in consulting and financial services at Ernst & Young and Wells Fargo. That experience taught me what strong client service should provide: understand the objective, make complex choices clear, manage difficult conversations, and remain accountable for the result.
The traditional car-buying process asks the buyer to do too much. You are expected to understand the vehicles, interpret the market, evaluate pricing and financing, negotiate against people who do this every day, review the contracts, and coordinate the final delivery.
For some people, the greatest cost is time. For others, it is the stress, uncertainty, or disadvantage of entering a complicated transaction without the right expertise. Most people simply have no reason to become proficient in a process they may face only once every several years.
I built Motosaic to put that expertise on the buyer’s side. I combine deep automotive knowledge with the structured, client-centered approach I developed throughout my career. My role is to understand what matters to you, make the options clear, handle the negotiation and execution, and remain accountable from the start of the process through delivery.

On your side by design.
Motosaic works for you—not the dealership. That keeps our interests aligned around one outcome: helping you make the right decision and carrying it through with clarity.
See if Motosaic is a fitWhat does Motosaic cost?
Motosaic is a flat-fee advisory engagement. The exact fee depends on whether you need full vehicle discovery and acquisition or already know the target and need execution. We confirm the scope and fee before work begins. There is no percentage of the vehicle price and no surprise dealer-paid compensation.
What happens on the discovery call?
We talk through where you are in the process, what you are considering, what is making the purchase difficult, and what kind of support would be most useful. No preparation is required, and you do not need to have the vehicle figured out or be ready to buy before we speak.
Do I need to know exactly what vehicle I want?
No. Some clients come to us with a short list or simply a set of needs. Others already know the exact model, trim, and specifications they want and need help locating and acquiring it. Motosaic is designed to meet you at either point.
Can you help with leasing and financing?
Yes. We help clients compare lease and finance structures, evaluate available incentives, review rates and terms, and understand the actual cost of each option. The goal is not to push one method over another. It is to make sure the structure fits the vehicle, the market, and how you plan to use it.
Do you work with pre-owned vehicles?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We are generally the best fit for newer, well-kept pre-owned vehicles where condition, history, warranty coverage, and availability can be evaluated clearly. Reach out with what you are considering, and we can determine whether the search is a good fit.
How does Motosaic get paid?
You pay Motosaic directly for the engagement. We work for the buyer, not the dealership, and we do not accept dealer compensation to steer you toward a particular brand, store, or vehicle.
Can you source and ship a vehicle anywhere in the country?
Yes. Motosaic can search nationwide, work with dealers in other markets, coordinate the purchase remotely, and arrange shipping when needed. That means you are not limited to whatever happens to be available near you.
Will you save me more than the service costs?
Often, but that is not the only measure of value. Pricing, financing, incentives, trade structure, products, and dealer selection can materially affect the economics of a deal. Just as important, clients avoid carrying a process that can consume 14+ hours and weeks of attention.
Can’t I do this myself?
Absolutely. The question is whether you want to become temporarily competent in an entire industry just because you need another car. Motosaic gives you a single advisor who already understands the market, the structure, and the execution.
Ready to make your next car someone else’s project?
A discovery call is the simplest way to see whether Motosaic is the right fit. No preparation required.
